Some of the most frequently asked questions
You must register in order to receive a bag of groceries or items being distributed through APC Food Hub. Those who are registered will receive priority in distribution. If there remains grocery bags/items at the end of the distribution these may be available to persons who did not register beforehand. However, there are no guarantees.
Registration will open at 7:30 pm every Tuesday evening of each week and closes at 11:30 pm on Monday night or as soon as we’ve reached capacity for RSVP spots. Be sure to check capacity for each week and sign up as soon as registration opens to reserve a grocery bag. Once we’ve reached capacity registration will close.
You will only be permitted to pick up a bag of groceries/items for one (1) additional person, provided that you present their confirmation QR Code and their valid Ontario picture ID with their current address as indicated on our records.
