Steps to Receive Free Groceries

Here’s a simple guide to help you get started:

Step 1: Register for an Account

Creating an account is simple and free. Click on the “Register” button and fill out the necessary details. After registering, check your email for an activation link. Click on the link to activate your account. Once your account is activated, log in to the web application to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Browse Available Donation Events

After logging in, navigate to the "Events" page. Here you’ll find a list of upcoming donation events in your area. Each event will have details about the date, time, and location, as well as the types of goods available.

Step 3: Reserve Your Spot

Once you find an event that suits your needs, click on it to view more details. To reserve your spot, simply click the green “Join event” button from “Sign up for a bag” section for that event. Input the required details inside the form and click “Finish”. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need and also the event will be available inside your dashboard details.

Step 4: Attend the Event & Pick Up Your Groceries

On the day of the event, head to the specified location at the given time. Our friendly volunteers will be there to assist you and ensure you receive the goods you registered for. When you arrive, prepare the QR code you received when you reserve the spot, for a quicker pick-up process. It’s that easy!
