Registration for the primary list is currently full. You may complete the form to join the waitlist.
Please note:
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that your child will receive a backpack or school supplies.
- If backpacks or spaces become available, families will be contacted using the information provided on this form.
- Please do not join the waitlist if you are already registered on the primary list. Duplicate registrations may be removed.
- Please submit only one registration per household and ensure that your contact information is accurate.
- Do not attend the giveaway unless you receive confirmation that your family has been moved from the waitlist to the confirmed list.
We appreciate your understanding. Supplies are limited and will be distributed based on availability.
How APC FoodHub Works?
01. Register and create an account
Register a new account to our platform and complete your profile with all the necessary details.
02. Submit your answer to an event
Submit your RSVP to an event that suits your needs. We will notify you when and how you can pick up your food bag.
03. Collect your groceries
After you get our notification, you will be able to pick up your groceries from the location of the event. More information needed?
